The project demanded two critical phases of development: creating a robust web platform with integrated ticketing systems, followed by implementing AI-powered automation for customer service and backend operations. CFL Panama came to Tribearium with an ambitious vision: to establish Central America's premier professional MMA fighting league featuring international talent. As a first-time event with significant cultural and sporting importance, they needed more than just a website—they required a comprehensive digital ecosystem that could handle complex ticketing operations, real-time customer service, and live event management.

The primary challenge was building a mission-critical event platform for a high-stakes sporting event. CFL Panama needed to sell tickets, manage customer inquiries, and process payments—all while maintaining perfect system reliability for 500+ attendees on launch day.
Additionally, the platform needed to handle complex customer service scenarios in real-time: ticket transfers, seating changes, payment issues, and event inquiries. Traditional customer service would be overwhelmed during peak ticket sales and event day. The system also required seamless integration between web ticketing, physical QR scanning at the venue, and backend payment processing.

Our solution began with developing a high-performance web platform specifically designed for event management and ticketing operations. We built a custom QR ticketing system that generated unique codes for each purchase, integrated secure payment processing, and created an intuitive interface for ticket buyers.
